Philip grew up in Palo Alto, CA, during the rise of Silicon Valley: the real estate business has been in his family and focus from a young age. He is equally adept with re-sales and new development, having been an integral member of the onsite sales team (and record sell out) at Jean Nouvel's 100 11th Avenue in West Chelsea and most recently as Director of Sales at Jardim by Isay Weinfeld.
