As the founder and principal of the firm, Tim has had a passion for property all his life. From being on sites as a child with his parents who were developers in the UK, to running his own student accommodation business while at University, real estate was in his DNA from day one.

Since 2002, he has been involved in brokerage, development consultancy and new development sales in New York and London, along with the sales and marketing of projects in the Caribbean, and bringing New York developments to the UK market.
